How to Apply
Please read the following requirements before applying.
Application Hours
Applications are accepted in person Monday-Friday at our offices located at 500 Kennedy Blvd, Pittston PA from 9:00AM - 3:00PM.
Age Requirements
Applications may only be submitted by persons 18 or older
Date Resctrictions
Applications will not be accepted on the first or last day of any month.
Required Documents
The following items must be presented at the time of application:

Driver’s License or State ID

Birth Certificate

Social Security Card
-
Proof of income (paystubs, social security Benefit statement, pension letters, unemployment verification, child support etc.)
-
3 months’ of bank statements for any checking or savings accounts
